Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to serve as a liaison among stakeholders, gather and document business and system requirements, and analyze data to recommended solutions.

The role involves working with IT and business teams through development, testing, deployment and adoption of new solutions, ensuring effective communication and planning for changes and releases.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; highly preferred.
• 2-3 years of business analysis experience.
• Understanding of programming concepts.
• Previous experience with relational database structures.
• Strong technical skills - must have worked as a Developer, QA Engineer, Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst previously.
• Excellent communication skills, a good listener, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally, present complex information to diverse audiences in a comprehensive style and translate technical and system information for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with internal customers to gather and define project requirements, including; assessment of data, definition of site content, and clarification of customer needs.
• Documenting requirements for projects and communicating those requirements and expectations to the technical development team.
• Maintaining on-going internal team relationships.
• Recommending new solutions or ideas to the internal customers which will enhance their project.
• Recommending and building new solutions or ideas to internal customers that will streamline and simplify processes.
• Responsible for the gathering, analyzing, and articulating business and system requirements within our organization.
• Perform QA role for new features / updates.
