Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: AL, AR, CT, DE, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME,MS, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, UT, VA, WV

This position will be supporting governance within the Enterprise Project Office. To be successful in the role the candidate should be comfortable with project coordination, organizing data for analysis, and working on new and evolving activities. Excellence in execution, attention to detail and flexibility are essential.

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing monitoring of product governance processes within the Enterprise Project Office. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and consistency, utilizing strong project coordination skills to meet deadlines, identifying process enhancements to boost efficiency, and providing expert guidance post-implementation. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills are critical to excel in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

• Governance Oversight – Supports implementation and ongoing monitoring of new product governance processes. Ensures newly established guidelines are followed and communicated as necessary.
• Strategy Support - Assists in the strategic development, execution, and management of projects. Maximizes available resources while minimizing risk. Ensures high quality results by employing best practices, engaging appropriate expertise, and suggesting efficiency improvements.
• Collaboration - Works in conjunction with individuals, business units, and outside parties. Facilitates communication across functions to enhance process flow.
• Reporting - Conducts methods of tracking progress and performance. Conveys results of tracking to appropriate parties through reports or other documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics

• Advanced knowledge of excel
• Advanced project coordination skills
• Experience at a large financial institution

The base pay for this position is generally between $70,500 and $108,100. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
