Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Business Analyst 2 in the Bureau of Medical Marijuana's Customer Relations Division to analyze program operations and identify IT solutions that improve efficiency.

You will evaluate workflows, help implement dashboards and system enhancements, and ensure testing meets requirements. This telework-eligible role supports statewide services while maintaining standard work hours.

Qualifications

• One year as a Business Analyst 1 or equivalent Federal Government title, per Office of Administration; or
• One year as an Information Technology Trainee; or
• Five years of business process analysis experience; or
• One year of business process analysis experience with a bachelor’s degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Review program workflows to identify where technology can improve efficiency.
• Identify needs for new or updated computer applications supporting the Program.
• Evaluate and monitor Service Level Agreement metrics and other performance measures.
• Research, coordinate, and help implement IT solutions, including dashboards and system enhancements.
• Conduct testing to ensure software changes meet requirements.
