Qualifications

• One year as a Business Analyst 2; or two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree; or six years of business process analysis experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Build and update dashboards, queries, and reporting tools with approved technologies.
• Review data outputs to confirm accuracy and locate inconsistencies.
• Support system changes and collaborate with technical staff to address issues.
• Prepare testing materials and assist business users during system updates.
• Provide training and guidance on reporting solutions and applications.
