Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Functional Leads and Senior Analysts to understand the future state vision for QTC processes and features in order to then deliver progressive capabilities towards that end-state in each release.
2. Lead the Business Requirement gathering and documentation process by collaborating with crucial QTC subject matter experts to transform existing processes to drive the future of quoting to our customers.
3. Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions & follow-up on actions.
4. Engage with Technical Architects and Product Managers to create innovative, holistic solutions to deliver upon the Business Requirements and future state needs.
5. Project management activities including reporting escalations, tracking requirements delivery, communicating cross-functional dependencies and creating status updates.
6. Act as a subject matter expert for internal QTC systems and processes.
7. Develop, document, and maintain a thorough repository and understanding of business rules and process flows.
8. Work with training & engagement specialists to create training materials to ensure successful change management results.
9. Ad-hoc reporting and research activities as project needs dictate.
10. Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation / user story experience.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and in writing; willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly; excellent listening skills; organizational skills.
3. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing ambiguity and deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
4. Capacity to identify and understand broader business and financial issues from an end-user’s perspective and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.
5. Experience successfully juggling multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
6. Extreme attention to detail with an ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
7. Curiosity in order to extract relevant information from subject matter experts.
8. Prior experience as a Business Analyst.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

1. Experience related to Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle and/or Order Management processes and systems.
2. Working knowledge of Lucidcharts or similar process documentation software.
3. Working knowledge of Smartsheets or other project management software.
4. Experience with Salesforce products a plus.
5. Exposure to enterprise level, transformational projects.
6. Prior experience with New Product Introductions processes, Business Operations, Quote to Cash Operations and/or M&A Operations.

Participate in gathering Requirements from SMEs to gain L3-L4 process knowledge to conduct UAT, Build To-Be Process Flows and perform Change Impact Assessment.
