Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes 3 years of Medicare experience, benefits and reimbursement experience, along with QNxt configuration experience highly preferred Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required Skills for Success Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with all teammates. Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions. If utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined by program requirements.
