This role requires project management experience, strong initiative, and the ability to produce and analyze metrics and reports.Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with various IAM departments to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions, ensuring consistent practices across the organization.* Apply knowledge of IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning, while staying updated with the latest IAM technologies and best practices.* Support IAM projects by assisting with project planning, coordinating resources, and providing updates to stakeholders to ensure timely progress.* Identify and address IAM-related issues and opportunities for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance IAM processes and security.* Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reports, providing regular updates on IAM activities, compliance, and project status.Required Qualifications**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.**Experience:** 4+ years of previous release and/or project management experience. 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field.**Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.
