Uline is seeking a Business Analyst for its Global Trade Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. You will translate data into actionable insights to support senior leadership across International processes and GTM system workflows.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive system enhancements, automate processes, and navigate evolving trade regulations for a growing North American operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office; Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.

• Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.

• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
