Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, seeks a Business Process Analyst at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll translate data to streamline Finance processes and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to recommend improvements, designing and maintaining finance workflows using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA, and presenting strategic findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, BI, Process Improvement or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in Python, Power Automate and RPA preferred.

Design, build and maintain finance processes, tools and workflow solutions using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA. Translate data into actionable insights through clear, concise summaries and present strategic findings to senior leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience in Python, Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) preferred.
