Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Analyst for Global Trade to translate data into actionable insights and support senior leadership. This on-site role in Pleasant Prairie, WI, partners with cross-functional teams to streamline international processes and navigate evolving trade regulations for a growing North American company.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years as an analyst, strong SQL and Excel skills, and familiarity with GTM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office; Power BI/Power Automate/VBA preferred.
Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the GTM system.
Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.
