Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Functional Business Analyst for a leading healthcare organization in New York. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, own requirements gathering, and help drive process improvements across multiple departments.

You will lead meetings, support testing efforts including UAT, and assist with training end users on new systems such as UKG and Salesforce. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analyst or Project Coordination experience.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills.
• Training and virtual learning experience.
• Bachelor's Degree Experience utilizing UKG and/or Salesforce.
• UAT Testing

Responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering and document functional specs; translate business needs for technical delivery.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders across departments to drive project momentum.
• Support testing efforts, including UAT, and track issues to resolution.
• Drive process improvements and training for end users as new systems roll out.
