Job summary

You will bridge business and technical teams, own requirements, support testing, and help drive process improvements. Experience with UKG and Salesforce is a plus, and Databricks/PowerBI familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Business Analyst experience.
• Strong Tableau dashboarding and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree; experience developing dashboards using analytics tools (Tableau, Databricks, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc).
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• UAT testing experience.
• Power Automate.
• Experience with UKG and/or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Databricks.

This individual will be responsible for transforming workforce and operational data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and business insights. The ideal candidate has strong Tableau and Excel experience, enjoys working with stakeholders, and can effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences. This role will also support testing efforts for system enhancements and help ensure data accuracy across multiple business functions.

This individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams—owning requirements gathering, supporting testing efforts, and driving process improvements. The role will also support system enhancements across UKG and Salesforce while helping deliver clear, data-driven insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
