Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Analyst to process Self Pay accounts receivable across states, supporting Patient Services and leadership to resolve payments. The role includes education sessions, mentoring peers, and using Epic and desktop tools to manage data-driven projects.

You will work to ensure timely, accurate processing and excellent communication with peers, patients, leaders and other departments, aligned with Mercy standards and mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills required.

It is the role of this position to learn the workflows, policies and procedures to ensure accurate processing, timeliness, and excellent communications in aiding peers, patients, leaders and other departments.
