Job summary

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, or DLT to support transformation initiatives in financial services.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, and translate complex needs into actionable user stories, working with stakeholders and delivery teams in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, regulatory awareness, and delivering tokenization platforms, wallets, and custody workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Experience with banking, payments, capital markets and insurance.
• Proven Agile experience.
• Experience with BPMN or similar process modelling techniques is a plus.
• Proven experience working on Digital Asset, Blockchain, Tokenization, or DLT initiatives is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives in Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, and DLT.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and digital asset enablement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business testing, UAT, and change management activities.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of digital asset solutions such as tokenization platforms, blockchain-based workflows, digital wallets, custody processes, and programmable money use cases.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). This is a specialist role for professionals who have worked on financial services transformation initiatives in emerging digital asset ecosystems.

The financial services industry is rapidly evolving through the adoption of Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, Stablecoins, Smart Contracts, and Distributed Ledger Technology. These technologies are reshaping payments, capital markets, custody, settlement, digital identity, and the way institutions create, exchange, and manage value.

As a Business Analyst – Digital Assets & Blockchain, you will join Capco's consulting team and support strategic client transformation initiatives in this space. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand complex business needs, optimize processes, and translate innovative ideas into practical business solutions.

Whether supporting tokenization initiatives, blockchain‑based platforms, digital wallets, custody processes, or emerging digital asset use cases, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the future of financial services.

What You Will Do

• Support transformation initiatives in Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, and DLT.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear business requirements and user stories.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within banking, payments, capital markets and insurance.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with BPMN or similar process modelling techniques is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience working on Digital Asset, Blockchain, Tokenization, or DLT initiatives is essential.
• Experience delivering financial services transformation projects involving emerging technologies is highly valued.

Business & Technical Skills

• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of digital asset ecosystems, tokenized asset workflows, blockchain concepts, and related financial services processes.

Digital Assets & Blockchain Experience

We are particularly interested in professionals with practical experience in one or more of the following domains:
