Job summary

Capco is seeking a senior data governance professional to establish and operationalise an enterprise governance framework across the organisation. You will ensure data assets are well-defined, trusted, compliant, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will collaborate with data stewards, business owners and IT to embed governance practices, policies and standards, supporting risk management and regulatory compliance across the financial services landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance programs in complex organisations.
• Familiarity with data catalog, stewardship and governance workflows.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting financial services data.
• Ability to define data assets, lineage, and metadata standards.
• Proven collaboration with IT, data stewards and business owners.
