Job summary

Farm Credit Southeast Missouri, Central Office, seeks a full-time Business Analyst to partner with business and technology teams to improve processes, implement technology solutions, support applications, and leverage data for informed decisions.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and develop reports and dashboards while coordinating projects across internal departments and vendors. Strong communication and SQL/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 3+ years in business analysis, project management, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements, supporting projects, and improving business processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL/DB2 databases, enterprise data sources, and Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce, nCino, loan accounting systems, FIS Profile, or similar business applications preferred.
• Ability to create training materials and effectively support end users.
• Experience in financial services, agricultural lending, or Farm Credit operations is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use approved generative AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and productivity while protecting confidential information.
