Farm Credit Southeast Missouri is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The analyst will partner with business and technology teams to improve processes, implement technology solutions, support business applications, and leverage data to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, gathering requirements, developing dashboards and reports, and training end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis or project management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and supporting projects.
• Experience with SQL/DB2, Power BI, and enterprise data sources.
• Experience with Salesforce, nCino, or similar loan systems preferred.
• Ability to create training materials and support end users.
• Experience in financial services or Farm Credit operations is a plus.
• Ability to use approved generative AI tools while protecting confidential information.

• Working knowledge of SQL/DB2 databases, enterprise data sources, and Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce, nCino, loan accounting systems, FIS Profile, or similar business applications preferred.
• Ability to create training materials and effectively support end users.
• Experience in financial services, agricultural lending, or Farm Credit operations is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use approved generative AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and productivity while protecting confidential information.
