• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement or corporate operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience within the Department of Homeland Security with familiarity in cybersecurity is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and document acquisition activities, system engineering activities, and supporting documentation to reach program decision points across acquisition pathways.
• Inventory existing IT and non-IT acquisition programs, contracts, systems, and investments across CISA.
• Develop assessment criteria to evaluate programs and investments for strategic alignment, business value, technical health, program health, and acquisition readiness.
• Support development of the portfolio governance process, including identifying stakeholders and documenting roles and responsibilities.
