Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technologies across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and real estate professionals, to enhance business performance through data-driven insights.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into functional solutions.
• Analyze business problems and recommend process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as design specifications, requirements, and user manuals.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow streamlining.
• Administer business intelligence applications, including software maintenance, user setup, and security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
