This position will play a pivotal role in strategy execution and technology enablement initiatives. This role combines responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Project Manager and Business Intelligence with a focus on supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions to transform and add value to the business.

Essential Job Functions

1. Advise on development processes and implementation of technologies across various platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and real estate professionals, to optimize business performance through data-driven insights.
3. Gather and analyze business requirements for projects; work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and collect feedback to help translate into functional solutions.
4. Analyze business problems and draft requirements to recommend process improvements to management.
5. Create and maintain documentation including design, requirements, and user manuals.
6. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and streamline data workflows.
7. Administer business intelligence applications, including software maintenance, new user setup, object-level security, and site management before, during, and after releases.
8. Perform other activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1+ years in a Senior Associate role or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen understanding of CRE dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of all deal types (transitional, development, pre-development, repositioning, and stabilized properties) and complex debt positions (participations, syndications, CLO’s/CDO’s).
• Ability to make sound decisions and work independently on projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $81,000 - $125,000. Compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant experience, education, and skills. Certain positions may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
