As a Business Analyst, Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients and the Value Gene team to deliver high-impact solutions for leading companies, deeply engaging with their businesses to address challenges, provide practical recommendations, and drive measurable, long-term success.

Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or Economics
• Strong academic background required for the Business Analyst role
• 2+ years of professional experience required for the Consultant role
• 4+ years of professional experience or MBA required for the Senior Consultant role
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Business Analyst: $75,000 gross annual salary and performance bonus up-to 20% of base salary
• Consultant: $90,000 gross annual salary and performance bonus up-to 30% of base salary
• Senior Consultant: $120,000 gross annual salary and performance bonus up-to 40% of base salary
• Cycle Bonus: Eligibility for a Cycle Bonus after receiving three consecutive annual bonuses. The Cycle Bonus is renewed every three years.
• Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical plan with 100% premium coverage
• 401(k):100% employer match on contributions, up to 6% of base salary
• PTO: 15 days
