Partner Company is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead business and systems analysis across the data management lifecycle. You will create source-to-target mappings and craft complex SQL queries to support data-driven decisions.

You will plan and execute testing procedures, coordinate user acceptance testing, and collaborate with a small, agile team to deliver value to public-sector partners from a fully remote setting in the United States.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL queries and conducting root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and data quality tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
• 100% remote within the United States, with no Wisconsin residency requirement.
• Small, collaborative team using agile practices to deliver value to business partners.
