Job summary

AiQualTest LLC is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to join a data management program on a fully remote basis. You will collaborate with business partners and technical staff to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement data integration solutions on an agile team.

You will develop user stories, maintain S2T documentation, and perform gap and cost-benefit analyses while mentoring users on analysis methodologies. A strong data governance and BI background is desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years developing complex SQL
• 5+ years liaising between business and technical teams for data integration
• 5+ years creating and maintaining S2T documentation
• 5+ years gathering requirements and developing user stories
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical specifications
• 5+ years performing root cause analysis on systems and data with complex datasets
• 2+ years planning and executing rigorous testing and UAT
• Experience with data quality tools and frameworks
• Experience with BI platforms
• Experience with data governance including security and privacy policies
• Eliciting and refining dashboard requirements
• Strong understanding of various data models
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience with gap analysis and cost-benefit analysis
