Requirements

• Experience facilitating discussions and working directly with business stakeholders
• Experience using Jira and/or ServiceNow
• Understanding of governance, risk, and control (GRC) processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather, review, and interpret information to assess risk, identify gaps, and drive issues to resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud governance programs
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology risk, or enterprise risk management teams
• Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, or workflow automation initiatives
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS service models
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
