• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with government stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage requirements and test cases.
• Support CCM processes, configuration audits, and release management.
• Develop artifacts, dashboards, and reports for governance and compliance.
• Coordinate with government teams to ensure traceability and control.
• Assist with process improvement and IT modernization initiatives.
