Complete Description

• The resource will serve as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units.
• They will ensure effective alignment between business partners and ESO IT by managing priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication.
• In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.

Responsibilities

• The resource will lead light-to-moderate project management duties, including organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, maintaining risks/issues, and supporting typical ongoing governance routines.
• As a BRM, they will maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and that IT solutions align with strategic goals.
• They will also provide focused business analysis support such as assisting with requirements clarification, documenting processes at a high level, and supporting decision‑making discussions.
• Limited testing support may be required, including reviewing requirements for completeness, validating solution behaviors, and confirming that final deliverables meet business needs.

Technical & Methodology Expertise

• The resource is expected to have practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and standard SDLC practices.
• This includes supporting backlog management, refining user stories, coordinating sprint activities, and ensuring traceability across the development lifecycle.
• They will contribute to effective visibility of work and promote consistent communication between business and IT teams.
