Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) for a remote role in the United States. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency with BRD/FRD, user stories, and functional specs is expected, along with Agile/Scrum and SDLC familiarity. You will gather requirements, create BRD/FRD and user stories, manage stakeholders, and support UAT.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills:

• Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and requirement documentation.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Authorization:

• Candidates must have valid US work authorization.
• Green Card (GC) holders and H-4 EAD holders are welcome.
• OPT candidates are not eligible.
• No visa sponsorship available.
