Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support ATP and Order Fulfilment initiatives in a life sciences SAP OTC project. The role emphasizes business-side analysis, requirements gathering, and development of ATP and Fulfilment processes within international projects.

Requirements include extensive BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English; German and/or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or related roles.
• Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience preferred.
• Strong ATP and Order Fulfillment knowledge.
• Experience with Product Allocation, Backorder Processing and Substitution.
• Fluent English; German/French advantageous.

Business Analyst / ATP & Order Fulfilment

For the life sciences sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ATP / AATP (Available-to-Promise) and Order Fulfillment processes to support a large SAP OTC initiative. The focus of the project is the business-side analysis and further development of ATP and Order Fulfillment processes.

TasksQualifications:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Expert or Functional Consultant
• Proven experience within Pharma, Biotechnology or Life Sciences environments
• Strong understanding of ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Order Fulfillment processes
• Experience with Product Allocation, Backorder Processing and Substitution processes
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and test scripts
• Experience with UAT and business validation activities
• Ability to understand and analyze process reporting and business KPIs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience working in international projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
• German and/or French would be advantageous
