Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Drive and recommend data-oriented analysis, architect core operational metrics, synthesize complex datasets, and influence cross-functional leadership by presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
• Solve complex business problems within platform integrity and user safety, focusing on risk-based analysis, appeals process optimization, and efficiency improvements across global content operations.
• Design and build self-service data tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that empower engineers, workflow owners, and operations leads to access real-time data and make rapid decisions.
• Respond to ad-hoc business questions from cross-functional partners, providing statistical support, technical analysis, and executive-ready presentations to senior leaders.
• Partner directly with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to align on strategic objectives and success metrics, fostering collaborative solutions.

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

• 6+ years of professional experience in business analytics, data science, or product analytics roles.
• Undergraduate-level statistical rigor (or equivalent applied experience) including distributions, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing.
• Moderate to advanced SQL querying skills (equivalent to W3Schools Intermediate/Advanced level) for robust data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with business operations, risk analysis, or process optimization, particularly within high-volume technology operations.
• Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous data environments and arriving at reliable, quality findings with minimal oversight.
• Strong data visualization skills (e.g., Looker) and proven experience building clean, self-service reporting tools.
• Strong executive communication skills; ability to translate complex data into concise, structured decks/slides for leadership.
• High autonomy and adaptability to manage stakeholder requests in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in platform integrity or risk management within a major technology company.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
• Experience or familiarity with leveraging or designing AI-assisted analytics tools.
