What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough data and information research to support project needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• **Data Visualization Expertise:** Proven experience with PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau for dashboard development and reporting, translating complex business requirements into meaningful and actionable visualizations.
• **SQL Proficiency:** Strong command of SQL, including advanced SELECT statements, multi-table JOINs (INNER, LEFT), and aggregations (COUNT, SUM, GROUP BY, etc.).
• **Advanced SQL Troubleshooting:** Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot existing SQL code, investigate data discrepancies, missing records, and validation issues, and reconcile record counts across joins and datasets.
• **Data Analysis & Research:** Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and interpret complex data to support business needs and strategic objectives.
• **Problem Solving & Investigative Skills:** Capable of independently identifying root causes of data issues, conducting thorough investigations, and clearly explaining findings.
• **Office Suite Proficiency:** Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data manipulation and analysis), Word, and PowerPoint (for reporting and presentations).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
• Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Business Intelligence Experience, including working with reporting, KPIs, metrics, and business performance data.
