• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and handling large data sets for insights.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and requirements documentation tools such as Jira/Confluence.

Job description

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY

$45-$50hr(depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong process mapping and optimization skills
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into system specifications
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ticketing/project management tools
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and experience working with large, complex data sets to generate insights
• Knowledge of requirements tracking, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and requirements documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
