Native in the United States is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive technology decisions for public-good initiatives. You'll apply Agile practices including DSDM and work with planning tools like Miro to shape solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage API integrations, and oversee migration of legacy systems, while enjoying hybrid work, extensive holiday entitlement, and a company pension.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Agile experience (DSDM).
• Strong BA experience with planning tool Miro.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Membership Revenue Systems is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders and changing directions.
• Good understanding of APIs and how systems communicate.
• Experience migrating legacy systems.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with good knowledge of Agile ways of working such as DSDM.
• Strong Business Analysis experience with knowledge of Miro as a planning tool
• Knowledge of technical solutions around Microsoft Dynamics and Membership Revenue Systems (nice to have)
• Experience of working in fast paced project environments with changes of direction and multiple different stakeholders
• Good working understanding of APIs and knowledge of how different technical systems speak to each other
• A proven ability to manage migration projects and integrate Legacy systems.
