Description

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established to recognize cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. It consolidates various hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third-party software, and custom applications.

OTS leads the State’s technology procurement process to standardize technology, seek operational efficiencies, and ensure scalability of new products within the OTS suite of services, which can be offered to all in-scope agencies.

The scope of services includes:

• Assist the State in designing for OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on State use complexity.
• Meet with and work directly with OCD DRU program staff to understand system configuration needs of Intelligrants and document these requirements.
• Collaborate with the Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU leadership can articulate and document business needs related to the use of Intelligrants grants management software.
• Work with Applications Programmers and IT Testers to create use cases for quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing of Intelligrants grants management software.

Mandatory Expertise and Experience:

• Experience with Intelligrants grant management software functionality.
• Ability to assess successful operational use of Intelligrants.
• Excellent customer service skills when working with end users during testing of configuration changes.
