Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst 3 to provide advanced support for assigned business processes and systems within a business unit. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, documentation, and regulatory-compliant process design.

You will research complex issues, implement improvements, and develop user training materials while collaborating with vendors and various internal teams. Office-based with potential flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• High School diploma with 9 years of related experience may be considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
