If forecasting, predictive modeling, and transforming complex data into actionable insights excite you — we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine predictive models to forecast drug utilization, member behavior, and healthcare trends.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover insights and support informed business decisions.
• Build dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate financial impact and optimize performance.
• Monitor financial trends and provide risk/opportunity analysis.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial/statistical analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Index-Match, arrays, etc.).
• Advanced AWS proficiency for managing and analyzing large data sets.
• Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical data (NDC codes, pricing strategies, etc.).
• Comfort translating complex datasets into decision-ready insights.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
