Location/Type: Remote, Ukraine

Hours: 10-12 AM-7-9 PM UA. Flexible

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. As a Business Analyst, you will create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the target projects.

Responsibilities

• As the first business analyst in the company, we expect you to help integrate your role effectively into the team.
• Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria on the projects.
• Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the target projects
• Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems.
• Check that new requests don't break anything in the existing product and are compliant with the main product goals.
  
  

Requirements

• English level – B2 or higher
• 2+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the collection and elaboration of requirements.
• Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form.
• Experience in writing technical documentation, creating system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
• Understanding of web development processes.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
  
  

Desirable Qualities

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using the Azure DevOps board.
• Experience working with Agile framework.
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, and customer support.
• SQL — using basic queries, JOIN
