The Business Analyst is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, improve workflows, and deliver effective solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience translating business requirements into clear documentation to support successful system implementations and process improvements. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and objectives
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to support informed decision-making
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Lead requirements gathering activities, including documentation, validation, and traceability
• Develop business process models and workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
• Support the implementation of workflow management tools and business process solutions
• Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support implementation efforts by providing documentation, training support, and post-go-live assistance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with requirements documentation, traceability, and business process modeling
• Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow management tool implementations
• Healthcare industry experience
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies
