Job summary

Feuji is seeking a Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to support M&A and real estate projects. The role focuses on defining and documenting processes for integration work and will be hands-on with engaging suppliers to deliver real estate tasks on time.

A large part of the role involves coordinating vendors for office builds and decommissions, and documenting processes. Candidates should have strong written and verbal skills to present to C-suite audiences.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Conduct business and IT due diligence on partner organizations, including financial analysis, process mapping, and technology assessments.
• Build and maintain Integration Management Office (IMO) frameworks, playbooks, and project trackers
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with Customer and target company stakeholders
• Map current-state and future-state business processes across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales)
• Analyze the data and prepare / present executive‑level status reports, risk registers, and decision memos
• Identify and escape integration risks and issues in a timely manner
• Should be able to define the processes and create the Workflows as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to present to C‑suite audiences
