Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support digital product delivery for a client engagement. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, Product Owners, UX, developers, and QA to deliver value in an Agile environment.

Remote position: 100% remote for LATAM candidates. 4-month contract with potential extension; rate $20/hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BA experience in digital product, technology, or transformation environments.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary business, product, UX, and technology teams.
• Knowledge of BA, process improvement, Agile/Scrum, and user-centered practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Incorporate user research and UX principles into requirements and product recommendations.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives; support backlog readiness and prioritization.
• Use research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements and support prioritization.
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, constraints, and impacts; recommend mitigations.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly to support requirements, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria with human oversight.
• Collaborate across business, product, UX, and technology teams.

$20per hour in USD. Final rate will be determined based on relevant experience and overall fit for the position.

NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support digital product and service delivery for a client engagement. This professional will translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements while collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, designers, developers, architects, and quality assurance teams.

The role is focused on requirements definition, process improvement, Agile delivery, and solution validation. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis fundamentals with a practical understanding of technology and digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Incorporate user research, feedback, pain points, and user experience principles into requirements and product recommendations.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved efficiency.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, supporting backlog readiness and prioritization.
• Use research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements and support prioritization.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience in digital product, technology, or transformation environments.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation and analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary business, product, UX, and technology teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, Agile/Scrum, and user-centered practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience using Jira, Miro, and LeanIX.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to business analysis activities while considering value, privacy, security, and human oversight.
• Experience supporting digital product or service delivery in complex stakeholder environments.
