Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Virtual (Remote)

Tax Terms : Only W2

Overview

The Business Analyst (Vertex BA) will support technology and process implementation projects by aligning business needs with technical solutions. The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution mapping, system design, testing, and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless project execution.

Position: Full Time Role – Hourly (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Document technical specifications including standards, testing parameters, and timelines
• Create system mappings to maintain data integrity during implementations
• Manage stakeholder readiness and communication throughout the project
• Monitor project timelines, report risks, and ensure deliverables are on track
• Lead business process and system design focused on user experience
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvement
• Address issues during implementation and keep the project aligned
• Communicate consistently across technical and business teams
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in technology/process implementation environments
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of system integration, testing protocols, and process design
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with performance-focused and user-centric system implementation
