Job Overview:

Join our client as a Technical Architect supporting enterprise-grade implementations for Healthcare & Life Sciences clients. This role requires expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats, regulatory compliance, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation using client’s AI-powered consulting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions.
• Collaborate with client and client teams to gather business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable, compliant solutions aligned with 21 CFR Part 11, MLR, and Veeva best practices.
• Architect integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise platforms (CRM, DAM, RIM, MedComms).
• Configure lifecycles, metadata models, workflows, security roles, and document types across Vaults.
• Define technical roadmaps and evaluate new Vault features for adoption.
• Lead document and data migrations while ensuring environment consistency across SBX, Test, and Prod.
• Translate business goals into technical strategies and development specs.
• Present solution demos, technical designs, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to clients.
• Integrate client’s consulting assets (e.g., IBM Consulting Advantage) into project delivery.
• Stay current with the latest Veeva updates and industry trends.
• Provide mentorship to junior technical consultants and contribute to internal best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, including PromoMats, DAM, Claims, MedComms, and Modular Content.
• At least 2 end-to-end PromoMats implementations.
• Solid understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and compliant documentation processes.
• Prior consulting experience, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Strong technical integration experience using APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Veeva Certifications such as Vault Platform Administrator or Vault CRM Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Salesforce, IQVIA, ETL tools, Web Services, and Force.com.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Background in Data Warehousing, SQL, and batch integration (CSV/FTP).
• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
