We are seeking a Compliance and Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This is a W2 role for US Green Card holders or US citizens.

The Compliance and Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring Evry Health’s compliance with all Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations and health insurance reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL-based data querying and analysis, health insurance operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance submissions. Experience working with SERFF (System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to state Departments of Insurance (DOIs) in accordance with mandated deadlines and standards.
• Extract, manipulate, and validate data from internal systems using SQL for reporting purposes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all regulatory submissions including, but not limited to, financial, enrollment, claims, network adequacy, and utilization reports.
• Maintain compliance reporting calendars and ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist with the implementation of new or updated compliance requirements.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, process workflows, and audit support materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Operations, Actuarial, and Product to gather data for regulatory reporting.
• Utilize SERFF for regulatory filings; assist in form, rate, and binder submissions.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries by gathering documentation and responding to requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience with health insurance compliance reporting (full health insurance experience required — not limited to supplemental or dental/vision).
• Advanced SQL skills required, including experience extracting and manipulating large datasets for reporting.
• Strong understanding of state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulatory reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and filing DOI reports.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separate from other living areas and provides information privacy.
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure.
• Must live in a location that receives an existing high-speed internet connection/service.

Location and Benefits

• This is a remote position. Our whole company works remotely. Company headquarters are in Dallas, Texas.
• Company business hours are weekdays 9-5 CST.
• Full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, vision, dental, life, disability, and vacation.
