Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus

Gaines Investment Trust is looking for a Business Analyst who can turn data into clear, actionable information while keeping important business processes organized and on track.
You’ll own recurring reporting, track critical compliance deadlines, support purchasing and vendor analysis, and help leadership identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You’ll also serve as a cross‑trained backup for the accounting team when needed.
We’re looking for someone analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly organized who takes ownership, works with a sense of urgency, and is comfortable using SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools to improve how information is gathered, analyzed, and reported.
This position is based in person at our La Jolla headquarters during standard business hours.
