Job summary

Alrek Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a Psychiatric Health Facility, focusing on gathering and validating requirements, and translating them into actionable user stories within SAFe.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, clinical, operational, and IT teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure traceability from business needs to delivered solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements in a psychiatric health facility or comparable clinical/behavioral health setting.
• Experience with SAFe methodology in a psychiatric health facility.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business/functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and BRDs.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and maintain requirements traceability.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies, backlog refinement, and UAT.
