Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to guide development teams throughout sprint cycles.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and contribute to the design of effective software solutions.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business needs and user stories, while also supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document and map business processes and system workflows to support solution design and delivery.
• Utilize Jira for backlog management and project tracking.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of APIs and their role in system integration.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support solution development.

Required Technical Skills (5+ years of experience)

• Experience developing and maintaining user stories and product backlogs.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into process flows and system documentation.
• Effective collaboration with QA/testing teams, with the ability to support and manage UAT efforts.
• Working knowledge of APIs and system integration concepts.

Preferred / Flex Skills

• Proficiency with Jira for agile project tracking and backlog management.
• Basic technical understanding of Kafka and Java-based systems.
• Ability to interpret and work with database queries.
