Job Description: Technical Business Analyst

The primary function of a Technical Business Analyst is to drive product requirements from high-level business needs to detailed, actionable product specifications. You will define feature sets for existing and new applications or products by facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders regarding requirements.

What you will do

• Write and maintain functional specifications for B2B integrations, including workflow impacts, UI design, navigation, and feature definitions.
• Apply strong technical skills, particularly with technical integrations and the Microsoft technology stack.
• Leverage mortgage lending experience, especially in default or originations.
• Manage multiple complex specifications simultaneously.
• Act as a resource to understand the impact of features across one or more products.
• Follow standard development processes to optimize limited resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Helpdesk, Development, Operations, and Marketing.
• Create and maintain project plans to track IT milestones.
• Conduct coordination meetings and provide status reports, including presentations for executives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will bring

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in the Title or Real Estate industry.
• Ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience with the System Development Lifecycle and project management.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and provide thorough descriptions.
• Working knowledge of HTML and editing tools.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
