Your role includes coordinating with project teams, monitoring performance, and maintaining documentation while enabling digital improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in requirements gathering, BRD, FRS, Gap Analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, SDLC and backlog management.
• 2+ years in the offered position or related QA roles.

Business Analyst with the following duties:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and department teams.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Work closely with software developers and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Perform data analysis and generate reports using tools like Excel or SQL.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, developers, and end users during project implementation.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Assist in implementing digital solutions for improving departmental operations.

Requirements:

Educational requirements: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field

Skill set requirements: 2+ years in the following skill set:

Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRS, Gap Analysis

Excel, SQL, Data Visualization tools (Power BI)

Jira, Confluence, MS Visio

Agile, Scrum, SDLC

Process Flows, UML Diagrams, Backlog Management

2+ years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Quality Assurance Engineer, Principal QA Engineer or a related field.

Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.
