Morgan Hunter is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong data background and experience in city infrastructure sectors (e.G., transportation, utilities, smart cities) to support a growing SaaS platform . You'll collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to analyze user needs, define features, and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Your work will directly impact how cities manage infrastructure through intelligent, data-driven solutions. This position is direct-hire and fully remote.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the bridge between customers, stakeholders, and the product team for a city-focused SaaS platform .
• Analyze user behavior, system data, and infrastructure trends to identify product improvements and new feature opportunities.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Work closely with UX / UI designers and engineers to ensure features are delivered to spec and add real user value.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, user stories, and workflows.
• Support roadmap planning by prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder feedback.
• Create dashboards and reports to evaluate product usage and performance against KPIs.
• Engage with clients and end users to gather feedback and validate product enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a data-driven environment.
• Experience working with SaaS products , ideally in the urban infrastructure , transportation , or public utilities space.
• Proven ability to define product features, write user stories, and support Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering user value.
• Familiarity with infrastructure systems, smart city solutions, or municipal operations.
