Talentify is seeking a Business Analyst in Oakland, CA for a 5-month contract. The role is hybrid with monthly in-person meetings for local Bay Area candidates and quarterly meetings for non-local.
You'll analyze data, develop reports, and present findings to stakeholders using MS Office, Project, and Visio. A laptop and cell phone are provided; however, for the first 1–4 weeks a personal or supplier laptop may be used with Citrix access.

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — local candidates (Bay Area) work hybrid with monthly in-person meetings required; non-local/remote candidates are required to attend quarterly in-person meetings in Oakland.
This role is open to non-local candidates but prefers local candidates residing in the Bay Area near the Oakland work location. The assignment is hybrid if the chosen candidate is local and remote if the chosen candidate is outside the service territory. There will be monthly meetings required for local candidates and quarterly in-person meetings for non-local candidates. A laptop and cell phone will be provided; however, for the first 1–4 weeks a personal or supplier-issued laptop is required and login will be via Citrix until the client-issued laptop is available.
