Role: Business Analyst

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid At least 2 days onsite)

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into requirements for a technical audience, including creating user stories, synthesizing use cases, defining acceptance criteria, and documenting feature overviews
• Work within a cross-functional team to ensure the solution meets business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Participate in and support interactions with clients to collect business requirements and drive product adoption.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional and technical designs.
• Serve as a point of contact for product feature clarification and internal consulting.
• Support stakeholders in defining business objectives and value to effectively prioritize the product backlog.

Mandatory Skills / Experience
